Real Estate Meetup x HR

It was truly valuable to gather offline — to see both familiar and new faces, exchange experiences, and discuss what an ideal workspace should look like, considering how much time we spend there.
Together with Vlada Muzyka from Balbek Bureau, Maryna Savenko from Itera, Serhiy Yashchuk from PLATFORMA coworking and KYIV IT CLUSTER, and of course, the moderator Dmytro Korovko, founder of the agency “Prostir ta Chas,” we explored how the logic of office spaces is evolving, why design has become a language of branding, how space shapes motivation and culture, and why the human experience remains at the heart of every decision.
